Open Arms and Open Hearts Ministry Inc., was established to heal and to restore the brokenness in our lives and to be restored back to the way that God created us to be, as is written in Jeremiah, Fearfully and Wonderfully made....
To Teach Evangelism, Walking in the Spirit, Prophecy, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, As in Scripture each person doing their part. To be Vessels that God can work through to do hIs good and perfect wIll...

Open Arms and Open Hearts, Ministry Inc. was founded September 23, 2006. Reverend's Jim and Kathleen Hess of Messiah Ministries International performed the ordination. Rev. Kathleen Hess is also a prophetess and saw the anointing and calling on Cindy Falco life, her walk with the Lord and her zeal for the things of God. Cindy's Father, the late Pastor Robert D. Falco was killed in Africa, September 12, 1997 on a Missionary Trip in the Congo. There were two African tribes, the Hooto's and The Tuto's . They were proclaiming Christianity but were still killing each other. The mission that Pastor Robert Falco was on was to help them in their peace treaty with the understanding that for one year they would cease from killing each other. Pastor Bob was on the last leg of the trip when the plane went down. This has been a Great Loss to The Body of Christ and to Cindy herself. The Mantel was passed to His daughter Cindy Falco who is now Reverend Cindy Falco. She has taken the Mantel with Honor and the understanding of what that entales.
Cindy was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is a Jewish/Italian spitfire. Her mother Phyllis Falco being born Jewish, had a supernatural encounter with Jesus when she was pregnant with Cindy and her Father who was an FBI, as he would say (full blooded Italian) raised Roman Catholic was saved one year after Cindy's birth. Cindy is number four of six daughters born to Pastors Bob and Phyllis Falco . Cindy's Mother was co-pastor with her father and is now a missionary and travels all over the world. Her heart is in Isreal where she has dual citizenship and where her father's bones are laid to rest. Cindy's heritage is Rich in the things of the Lord.
Cindy was Saved, Baptized in water and The Holy Spirit at the age of three. She always loved The Lord and always had a heart after Him.
Cindy has went though many trials and tribulations: Divorce, Loss of her business, Loss of Her Father, Loss of her only son Richard Robert Najul at the age of 22 years old (aka as Ricky) . She is the grandmother to Falco, who was named in honor of her Father and Herself. Cindy has been through many testings of her faith and as The Lord would say" Well Done Thy Good and Faithful servant!"
The Lord has sustained her through ALL her losses and gave her Beauty For Ashes. With God ALL things are possible to them who BELIEVE.
Reverend Cindy Falco at this time has several Interests. She is President and founder of Open Arms and Open Hearts Ministry. She holds a degree in Theology, and Christian Counseling and host Getting Real Radio Program. Where she discusses everything. It's important that you know what the Bible says on issues. Cindy encourages you to e-mail her with any topic that you would like discussed. It really is about Getting Real and being open.
Mission statement : The "Spirit of the Lord God is Upon Me" because the Lord has annoited me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound: to comfort all who mourn. To console those who moun in Zion To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness: That they may be called trees of Righteousness.The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
